The electronic precision stamping tools manufactured by our company mainly use tungsten steel or ASP23 material and is processed with PG and EDM; trim steel is ASP23 or DC53 which is processed by low speed wire cutting. Upper and lower die plate, stripper plate use DC53 material to do cryogenic treatment (-190 degrees); guide pin and bush mainly uses MISUMI standard parts, and so on. Thereby, the processing tolerance of our tools can reach +/- 0.007mm, the thickness of the production materials can reach 0.04-3.00mm, and the minimum punch size reaches 0.08mm.
